Jaclyn Costello is a meditation guide, writer, and spiritual counselor for couples and individuals. Her primary gift is to nurture expansion, and nothing is more satisfying to her than helping people make breakthroughs to understand themselves more deeply. Jaclyn's background in spiritual guidance evolved over years of intensive shamanic work and one-on-one mentorships with intuitive therapists, accomplished spiritual teachers, Sufi mystics, and indigenous energy healers. She has formally studied at New York University, in Aix-en-Provence France, and at University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she received her graduate degree. Her home, near Lone Mountain, is a mini-sanctuary hosting private gatherings for a community dedicated to promoting a harmonious life experience and creating a path of sincere devotion to the Unexplainable Mystery in its many names and forms. You can find out more about Jaclyn at JaclynCostello.com or GrowWithSoul.com.
This will be an especially gentle, loving meditation, perfect for
both seasoned practitioners and first-time participants.
The gathering will be held in Jaclyn's home with no more than 10 participants, so that each person receives ample attention and care. Meditation cushions will be provided, however, we strongly suggest you bring extra creature comforts such as your favorite pillows, cushions and/or yoga mat, and blankets. Wear comfy clothing and only eat lightly beforehand. Jaclyn will be offering the hapé toward the start of the meditation; it is entirely optional so don't feel obligated to participate, though you are welcome to!
